In October 2020. after a long break, due to quarantine measures in the country, Russian language courses resumed at the RCSC in Addis Ababa. One of the first groups of course participants were local police officers, who, as part of the training program for officers of the internal affairs of African countries to study in educational institutions of higher and additional professional education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, who will go to study in Russia.
